Overview

This position encompases the day-to-day operation of a busy take-out/delivery pizza restaurant. The applicant must have excellent customer service skills, be very familiar wih multi line phone systems, POS terminals and cash handling. Work will occur on-site at our Armstrong location. Applicant must be able to multi-task in a high pressure, time sensitive environment where accuracy and attention to detail are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital. Applicant must be a team player, organized, reliable and physically capable.

Duties
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
